Dr. Rudayna Ghubash is a graduate of Texas A&M University and completed her dermatology residency at the University of Florida. Dr. Ghubash has been the recipient of many outstanding awards for research and lectures including the American College of Veterinary Dermatology Resident Research Award. Dr Ghubash is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology, and is a co-owner of Animal Dermatology Clinic.
Dr. Ghubash wishes to continue contributing to the field of veterinary dermatology as a clinician and through clinical research, continuing education, speaking engagements, and publications. Her goal is to help improve the quality of life for animals suffering from dermatologic diseases.
• Tracy Yen, DVM, Diplomate ACVD, Board Certified Veterinary Dermatologist
Dr. Allison Kirby graduated in 2005 from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Kirby completed a one-year rotating internship at a large private practice in Santa Rosa, CA. In July 2006, Dr. Kirby began her residency program at Animal Dermatology Clinic in Tustin, CA. She has since then completed her residency at Animal Dermatology Clinic in Marina del Rey, CA in July 2009 and became a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology in August 2009. For the last 5 years, she has helped to train several residents and has been involved with several drug studies.

Dr. Tracy Yen earned her degree in veterinary medicine from the Western University of Health Sciences in 2008 and completed a one-year rotating internship at VCA West Los Angeles. After 5 years in small animal emergency and general practice, Dr. Yen started her residency in veterinary dermatology in July 2014 at Animal Dermatology Clinic in Marina del Rey.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Yen enjoys exploring the outdoors, travel, photography, triathlon/half-marathon events and spending time with her family, friends and furry children.
Dr. Austin Richman completed his bachelor’s degree at Southern Methodist University, and in 2014 he graduated from the University of Florida School of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to accepting a residency position at Animal Dermatology Clinic in 2015, he completed a one year rotating internship at VCA Norwalk/Shoreline Emergency and Specialty Hospitals in Connecticut. Dr. Richman developed an interest in dermatology when he adopted a Shar Pei with many dermatologic issues.
Outside of the clinic Dr. Richman enjoys spending time with his wife, his Shar Pei and Great Dane, as well as hiking, fantasy football and cooking.
