Procedure Deposits: $385 to $565 deposit
- Anesthesia Procedures and Certain Procedures: Require 70% deposit of the higher end of the estimate. Deposit is applied to the appointment/procedure invoice. Deposit will be obtained when scheduling or at least 5 days before the appointment.
*Failure to cancel 48 hours in advance will result in this being non-refundable.
