Service and Safety Measures during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Animal Dermatology Group recognizes the ongoing concern surrounding COVID-19 across the communities we serve, and we remain focused on the health, safety, and well-being of our team, clients and patients. We have taken measures necessary to serve you and your pet safely and continue to adapt our systems as we receive updates on the pandemic and its impact in our communities.

Currently, our Animal Dermatology Clinic locations across the country are each managing their patient care procedures individually, in a manner to comply with their local needs and requirements. Some locations have begun to see clients in the clinic (with restrictions) in addition to offering curbside service, while others offer curbside service only. These procedures may change without notice. Please pay close attention to the communications you receive from your Animal Dermatology Clinic concerning upcoming appointments or medication pickups for the latest information.

We ask you to follow the below guidance in the interest of our community’s safety:
  • If you are not feeling well, please stay at home or seek medical assistance. We will be happy to authorize another person on your account so that your pet can be treated immediately or make other arrangements for your convenience and safety.
  • Please wear a mask when inside our practices, for the entirety of your visit.
  • For new clients, please ensure that you have completed our New Patient and New Client Forms and submitted them electronically prior to arrival. We also encourage you to call our office before your arrival to ensure our team has received these forms.
  • Please call 24 hours ahead for medication refill requests. When you arrive, please call our front desk and our staff will meet you at the door to process the medication pick up.
Additionally, we make the following promises to you:
  • Any Animal Dermatology Clinic team member that is feeling ill will remain home until completely recovered.
  • We frequently clean and disinfect all areas of our practices using disinfectants formulated to kill coronavirus and other viruses and germs.
  • We use safe, low-contact practices when caring for your pet within our clinic.

We appreciate the trust that you place in our team and Animal Dermatology Group, and we thank you for your understanding and participation as we take these measures to ensure we are doing our part to protect our community.
