Dr. Tyler Spriggs is a Baltimore native. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Tuskegee University in 2014 and decided to stay an additional 4 years to attend Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2018.
Dr. Spriggs completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at VCA Alexandria in Alexandria, Virginia in 2018. She then completed a dermatology internship in 2019 at Long Green Animal Dermatology Clinic, in the suburbs of Baltimore, MD. In the summer of 2020, Dr. Spriggs relocated to the Southeast to complete a dermatology residency at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. In September 2024, Dr. Spriggs started the dermatology service at BluePearl Rockville, in the DC metropolitan area, and practiced as an associate in dermatology for one year before starting her journey with ADG in September 2025.
Dr. Spriggs’ special interests in dermatology include canine and feline atopic dermatitis, otitis, and auto-immune skin conditions. Improving patients’ quality of life, along with educating her clients, is what Dr. Spriggs aims to achieve.

In her spare time, Dr. Spriggs enjoys relaxing with her two cats, Baloo and Keanu, but is also kept on her toes with the new addition of her rescue pup, Watson. She also enjoys traveling, baking (sweet tooth!), and wants to get more into tufting.
