Serena Perez

Resident, American College of Veterinary Dermatology

Dr. Serena Perez was born and raised in Orange County, CA. She attended California Polytechnic University, Pomona and received her Bachelors in biology before pursuing veterinary school at Western University of Health Sciences and graduating in 2025. During her fourth year of veterinary school Dr. Perez did an externship with Animal Dermatology Clinic, Tustin where she fell in love with veterinary dermatology. After graduation Dr. Perez completed a one-year rotating internship with VCA Animal Specialty and Emergency Center in West Los Angeles where she continued to foster her love of dermatology before pursuing residency in dermatology.
