Reid Garfield, DVM

Dr. Reid Garfield received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University in 1981. He practiced general veterinary medicine in the Dallas area until 1990 when he began a dermatology residency at the Animal Dermatology Referral Clinic (ADRC) under the guidance of Dr. Lloyd M. Reedy.

In 1992, Dr. Garfield became a member of the American Academy of Veterinary Dermatology (AAVD) and achieved Diplomate status in the American College of Veterinary Dermatology (ACVD) in 1994.

Dr. Garfield became a part of the ADRC family in 1993 (now Animal Dermatology Clinic – Dallas). He primarily works at the Dallas office.

In his spare time, Dr. Garfield enjoys spending time with his wife and family on their ranch and raising longhorns. He is an avid cyclist and skier.
