Dr. Henrietta Parnell graduated from Nottingham University in the United Kingdom in 2013 and worked for 3 years in small animal general practice prior to relocating to the United States. She completed a one-year specialty Emergency and Critical Care internship at Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists in Massachusetts, then accepted an American College of Veterinary Dermatology (ACVD) residency position at Animal Dermatology Clinic – Tustin, California. Upon completing her residency in 2021, Dr. Parnell relocated and currently practices at Animal Dermatology Clinic – San Diego. Dr. Parnell particularly enjoys treating ear disease, endocrine disease, and has a soft spot for her geriatric patients.

Fun Facts:

Before moving to veterinary medicine, Dr. Parnell was trained as ballet dancer and spent four years dancing with a professional European touring ballet company. She still loves watching ballet, occasional running and spending time with her family and friends.
