Terri Bonenberger, DVM

Diplomate, American College of Veterinary Dermatology

Dr. Terri Bonenberger is a graduate of Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine and completed a 3-year residency and clinical fellowship in dermatology at the University of California, Davis. Since becoming a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology (ACVD)  2000, she has practiced dermatology specialty medicine in Texas, New York, New Jersey and South Carolina. Dr. Bonenberger has published extensively on small animal dermatology and lectures both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Bonenberger enjoys private clinical practice and working with pet owners to treat their pet’s skin condition so that they can live a more comfortable and healthy life. Her areas of expertise and interest include allergic skin disease, ear diseases, keratinization disorders, endocrine diseases, autoimmune skin diseases, metabolic skin diseases, hereditary disorders, and cutaneous infectious disease (parasitic, bacterial and fungal diseases). 

In addition to her contributions to the ACVD, Dr. Bonenberger is an active member of the American College of Veterinary Medicine and the International Society of Veterinary Dermatopathology.
