Laura Wilson

DVM, Diplomate ACVD

Dr. Laura Wilson obtained her degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of California Davis in 2006.  While attending UC Davis, Dr. Wilson received the Salsbury Scholarship for initiative, perseverance and potential in leadership and the Dr. Myron Schaffer Memorial Scholarship for clinical proficiency in dermatology.  She was the president of the Canine Medicine Club for several years and organized the Dog Fun Day's with the community.  Dr. Wilson graduated in the top 25% of her class and was a member of the Phi Zeta Honor Society.  During Veterinary School, Dr. Wilson's interest in dermatology was strengthened by digitizing the images found in Skin Diseases of the Dog and Cat.  After graduation, she completed a one-year internship at the Florida Veterinary Specialists in Tampa, FL.  In July 2007, Dr. Wilson started her residency at Animal Dermatology Clinic in Tustin, CA.  She achieved Diplomate status in 2010.
